All Messages Report

Displays the messages from the reports for all dimensions or the messages for the reports for the specified dimension. If you have never run any Dimension Data Validation reports, or if the extension finds nothing to report, then the rows of the table are empty. Error conditions are listed first, then warnings.

Each row of the All Messages Report table identifies the validation report that has the error or warning. To continue the investigating the error or warning, select the appropriate report in the navigation tree.

Report Filter: Specifies the dimensions for which to display the messages generated by the Dimension Data Validation reports. Click the down arrow and select All Dimensions to display the messages for all of the dimensions or select a specific dimension to display the messages for only that dimension.

The columns of table contain the following information:

• Severity: Indicates whether the message is an error condition or a warning.

• Dimension: The name of the dimension to which the message applies.

• Validation Report: The name of the report.

• Message: The text of the message, including a message code.
